Bedtime Waltz

One more episode. One last glass. Eat ten crackers. Utilize foam roller. Wipe the counters. Make a list. Worry about something. Worry about nothing. Plan for tomorrow. Pack a bag. Prep the coffee. Question life choices. Wash my face. Exfoliate and moisturize. Brush my teeth. Turn down covers. Lay myself down. Get back up. Go to bathroom. Pee a little. Look in mirror. Fantasize about love. Regret reactive comments. Stare at self. Count new wrinkles. Pluck gray hairs. Pick some zits. Make funny faces. Practice tough conversations. Make new goals. Lay back down. Turn off light. Close my eyes. Bedtime.
